[Hardware failure : bazaar-vcs.org offline temporarily]

We've just suffered a hardware failure - I don't have details on the
cause of it at this point. Its resulted in a messed up filesystem and
our wonderful sysadmins are starting restore procedures right this
minute. (They are wonderful at least partly cause its ~1:30 where they
work from).

I've no ETA for full service being restored - I will post more details
as they are made available.

Thanks your for patience with this!

We'll need to reenter our wiki changes since the last backup - I'll ask
the admins what date that was when the restore is complete.
