Public key for Bazaar releases

I have regenerate the signature on
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/debs/Release.  The key used is EEA6AD6A.
 This key will probably be used from now on to sign this repository,
pending approbation from my co-maintainers.  It should become available
on public keyservers soon.

I also have uploaded package of bzrtools 0.9.1 to this repo.
