[MERGE] Implement --output for diff and cat, added -o as an alias.

Just pinging on this one since we didn't come up with a conclusion.

I think 3 options remain:

1) merge it if -o is needed (probably not the case, cf. Jam)

2) merge just revno:1908 to have the -o alias for "merge"

3) remove -o from bundle (if this is chosen, perhaps it can wait for
   jam's fixes to get into bzr.dev so that windows users can continue
   using merge).
