Bzrtools 0.9.0 Released

I'm happy to announce the release of Bzrtools 0.9.0.  This release
contains mainly of new commands and API updates.

The main points are:

New commands
* cdiff: a colorized diff command
* import: create a bzr branch using tarballs
* shove: put uncommitted changes into another tree

Changes to existing commands
* Shelf: updated from Michael's branch, colorized.
* cbranch: now accepts a revision
* clean-tree: switches are now independant, so --detritus doesn't imply
- --unknowns
* shell: improved tab completion
* zap: can now remove the associated branch
