Good catch. I do have email post-commit hook.

I forwarded your comment upward to the tailor developers.

I'd prefer no email on a tailor conversion. I've looked for how to do remove
the post-commit plugin for just this project via the locations.conf and
this is the URL I found http://bazaar-vcs.org/ConfiguringBzr, just posting
it for other people who stumble into this problem.
