old version of bzrk in dapper

The bzrk in dapper seems to be 0.2, instead of 0.8.2.

It should just be a matter of updating the deb packaging, and then
getting it into dapper. I don't know who can do this, it seems Jeff
Bailey is no longer in the packaging business.
