Consistency in environment variable configuration

Hi,

I'v added a section on environment variables on the Wiki (bottom of
http://bazaar-vcs.org/ConfiguringBzr ).

Doing this, I realize that most variables are called BZR_something,
but some are just BZRsomething (BZREMAIL, BZRPATH, BZREDITOR).

Wouldn't it be worth renaming those variables to BZR_EMAIL, BZR_PATH,
BZR_EDITOR for consistancy (keeping the old names for compatibility,
with a warning suggesting the new name)?
