Plans for 0.9: bundle format

With john's binary fix, I'm not aware of any bugs in the format.  The
things we may want to do are aesthetic or nice-to have

 * Make bundles more robust against whitespace changes
 * Make bundles more robust against line-ending changes
 * Put all single-revision changes in a binary section, so you only see
the data and (roll-up) diff for the target revision only
 * Bzip2-compress that binary section

The format is versioned, so we should be able to maintain support for
old formats if we do choose to bump the format version.
