I'm happy enough with 'co'. I'm not quite as sure about 'ann', but since
both cvs and svn support 'ann'. +1 from me.

We don't seem to be testing for aliases. We test that we can create
aliases in ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf, but not that any commands are
accessible by their aliases.

I don't know if we should be doing that, but since we aren't yet, I'll
go ahead and merge this.
