Definitely +1 now - those are very interesting results and certainly
give us a hit list.  I'm inclined to remove trace's use of logging; I
don't think it's buying us anything when we're run as a regular command.
Anyone that's using bzrlib from a larger application might want it but
we can have a way to hook that in.

The timed_compile thing is also cool but not mentioned in the
docstrings, help, or NEWS file, and probably should be.
