[TERMINOLOGY] rename "changesets" to "revision bundles"

Actually, I don't mind calling them 'bundle'. Just that the command 'bzr
bundle' sounds confusing, because it sounds like you mean the verb, when
you really mean more the noun.
However, if the command name was really "bzr make-revision-bundle" and
it just had an alias "bzr bundle", that might be okay.
