[TERMINOLOGY] rename "changesets" to "revision bundles"

I don't like the command name 'bundle'. But I do like the name 'revision
bundle'.

The problem is that 'bzr bundle' sounds like the action 'bundle
something with something else'. And the best real name I can think of is
'bzr create-bundle' or 'bzr make-bundle'.
