I'd like to propose we rename "changesets" "revision bundles". John
seems to think this is a decent name, but I'd like to get any other
feedback.

Ideal names
1. reuse existing terminology where this is helpful
2. provide clear hints about the referent's purpose and properties

The problem with "changeset" is that changesets typically include only a
single revision. You can't 'merge' them either-- you "apply" them,
which has poorer conflict resolution. You certainly don't 'install'
them. So I think reusing the term is not helpful.

"Revision" is existing terminology for the thing which is collected,
"bundle" suggests a collection that are joined into one unit. Precedent
for this use of 'bundle' can be found in Cakewalk Sonar, among other things.

If we go ahead with this, I will rename the 'changeset' command to
'bundle', and update filenames and variable names to match.

Any strong reactions?

Aaron
