Bazaar and "Global Revision Numbers"

I would add, that the bzr revision ID stays the same when the revision
is pulled/pushed to a different repository. This is what subversion
can't do, which causes various problems and need for hacky workarounds
in svk (a DVCS built on top of subversion).
