[win32] Please, test win32 stand-alone bzr.exe

Genlemen and ladies, who have access to windows machines. Please help to 
test my bzr.exe version and win32 installer on different machines and 
windows versions.

I test it on my russian windows 2000 (with python installed) and it 
looks to works. I'll glad to hear that on other configurations 
(especially without python installed) it also works OK.
