[PATCH][RFC] Make log filename faster

Right.  But I think it really _should_, because otherwise it takes off
a lot of the utility of --unchanged; I can't see notes that I've
entered unless I'm looking at the whole project (which is inconvenient
beyond a trivial size; that's why we can look at logs of single files
anyway ;).


But I know that won't be here tomorrow, so I was mostly addressing
Aaron's

in that if we do _that_ step, it makes it so the --unchanged bit won't
work.  I think of "bzr log foo.c" being more an expression of "show me
the revisions that affected foo.c", rather than "[...] _altered_
foo.c".
