The only valid section header for bazaar.conf is [DEFAULT], which is case
senstive. The default section provides for setting variables which can be
overridden with the branch config file.

1. Bad spelling "senstive"
2. Not true anymore, you can have [ALIASES] in there as well..

The rest about branches.conf and section variables, indicates that you can do
[/home/jdoe/branches]
email = John Doe <jdoe at isp.com>

But Bug #33430 prevents that from working....  It should either be
fixed or removed from the documentation I think

Later about bazaar.conf, there is also stuff about [DEFAULT] being the
only allowed section.
