New wiki layout (pt 2 complete)

Ok. I'm done for tonight. The wiki is definitely starting to shape up.  I
focused quite a bit on the download/information pages for downloads and
3rd party tools.  Also, now that the work is starting to come together,
I've setup a number of links between related pages.

The urls for the site are starting to settle down a bit. I haven't touched
the Development stuff yet, so there will probably be some shakedowns in
that area.

I invite everyone to touch up the parts that are already done.  For fun, I
have left a couple jblackisms* and typos as easter eggs for everyone to
find. I specifically request that 3rdPartyTools get some attention, as I
think that there are tools out there that haven't made it onto the wiki.


* jblackism: An self-defined name for a sentence that starts off with one
  thought and ends with another, completely unrelated thought. =)

P.S. Thanks for the patience. I think you'll agree that its worth it if
contrasted with http://wiki.gnuarch.org.
