Actually, it was just that the test was broken when it was upgraded to
bzrdir. I have both 0755 and 0775 tested in that same test. So I'm not
bothering to write another test.

By the way, have you checked my jam-pending branch, which has the
'sign-my-commits' along with a few tests.
