Is bzr *appropriate* and *ready* for me?

The CMS projects out here in Vancouver think this is a feature and a
not-insignificant part of the appeal.

It gives a great mix between centralization and decentralization. Everyone
can work locally, with commits, and push to a common place when the code
is good enough. All the benetis of decentralization, without breaking the
mind of centralized people.
