small corrections to Bazaar-NG Tutorial

I should add, that http://bazaar-ng.org/tutorial.html is a mirror of
http://bazaar.canonical.com/IntroductionToBzr, which is a Wiki. Feel
free to fix any errors there.

Given that 'email' is the name of that option in bazaar.conf
(~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf on Unix, %USERPROFILE%/bazaar/2.0/bazaar.conf on
Windows), I think it should be spelled /without/ dash.
