[BUG] bzr.1 man page out of date

I can imagine Debian/Ubuntu package containing /usr/sbin/update-bzr-manpage
(which would hardcode the proper manpage location) and calling it both from
bzr and all packaged plugin post-inst scripts. IIRC rpm can contain
a post-inst script too.

In fact it would not even need /usr/sbin/update-bzr-manpage -- just
dpkg --reconfigure bzr would regenerate the manpage -- with all installed
plugins, be it from packages or sources.
