The selftests are overflowing with kipple, and it's making them very
hard for me to use. Line after line of
lock read: <bzrlib.lockable_files.LockableFiles object at 0xb4b1b78c> (4)

more lines of
FIXME: clone via create and fetch is probably faster when versioned file
comes in.
Plus various testcases that are noisily commented-out.
This stuff is getting in the way of work. How do we fix it?
I can happily gut the most common messages. We can change the log
output to only print when we supply --kipple-me-harder. Or something
else. What do folks want?
