I think he is saying that contrib/bash/bzr and contrib/bash/bzr.simple
are still available. But doing:
python2.4 generate_docs.py bash_completion

Will create a bzr.bash_completion in the local directory by
introspecting the help texts for all commands (using
tools/doc_generate/autodoc_bash_completion.py). And currently the code
just produces an empty bash completion file.

So until autodoc_bash_completion.py is updated, it the bash completion
in contrib is the only one we have.
