Yah, variations on a theme and swings and roundabouts. There are tests
for remote path calculations, for blackbox and transports with the three
permutations we discussed. Thanks Robey for the sftp server tweak to do
this - though I've not used your changes to the TestCaseWithSFTPServer
as it happens.

Martin - +1 on this from me ;). Its in
http://people.ubuntu.com/~robertc/baz2.0/sftp_rfc_tests.

There are changes in there from integration too, which was a follow on
to the test_source changes - if you merge integration first you can
separate those (if you care - I don't).
