You just need to create an account (click login) and then you should be
able to fix it.  Thanks for the comments.

You should be able to do 'python setup.py --home $HOME' in the
cElementTree directory.  You may need to then put ~/lib/python on your
PYTHONPATH.

It should be in ~/.bzr.log.
