[patch 0/1] web interface

[Goffredo Baroncelli]

Hi all,

I released a new version of a web interfaces. The major changes from the last revision are:

- Now the revision are referred by revid. So it is possible to view also the merged revision

- The changelog now are the full changelog  with all merged revisions. I think this is a big 
change and will raise some complaint. But the old behaviour ( don't display the merged revision )
was unclear if you jump from the annotation view to the revision/changelog view. This change also 
resolve some bug related to missed revision

- Some aesthetic change

  This, is the porting of the mercurial[*] web interfaces to bazaar-ng; todate
  the porting is implemented as plugin.
