Merging does not "sync the patch-logs"

"bzr missing" has not been updated for the how revisions are currently
stored. It currently only compares the two revision-history files.
But even so, if you have a change which can be applied perfectly to the
local tree, you should use "bzr pull" instead of "bzr merge".
So basically, it is a known bug, we just have to implement it. (I'm not
sure if this has been submitted to malone).
