I've been bad about merging them in, because I kept meaning to do it
when I was on a windows machine and could test them directly as I
merged them.  But what I should really do is just recognize you're
maintaining the windows port, and simply merge them.  I apologize for
just dropping them.

I'm going back through the list now to pick up whatever is still
relevant.  If you could repost them, or put up a branch, I'd be very
grateful.

No, cross-platform compatability is a goal, we just haven't been good
about getting there yet.  If you could make such a list, say on the
wiki, then that may help us avoid this type of regression.  The real
fix would, as Andrew says, to get some kind of automatic regression
testing on Windows.
