That's definitely the problem, according to the revised assert:

assertion failed: ('robey at lag.net--2003-public/secsh--dev--1.0-- 
patch-1', 'robey at lag.net--2003', 'secsh--dev--1.0--patch-1')

Who knows where it got the old archive name, though... it's nowhere  
in the patch-1 tarball that I can see.

Anyway it's not worth wasting any more time on.  I got my archive  
converted and hopefully nobody else will have the tla-hand-conversion  
problem. ;)

BTW, I think baz2bzr should give the option of converting only one  
branch for those who want it.  My 2003 archive has a pile of small  
projects that I don't want to bother converting.
