Rock!  Not only did that patch fix it, but it no longer has the bug  
that used to stop paramiko migration at the change that had the  
simultaneous rename-and-edit.  So all of paramiko migrates now!

This made my week.  Thanks! :)

(Not as much luck with the new baz2bzr branch: during cleanup after  
importing the first archive, there's an "assertion failed: at /home/ 
robey/code/bzrtools/pybaz/_patchlog.py line 171, in _get_revision()"  
- -- unfortunately .bzr.log is scrambled because it looks like two  
processes tried to write to it at once.)
