bzr 0.0.9 & ~/.bzr.conf/editor

Hi,

I just noticed that in bzr 0.0.9 unknown editor raises a cryptic exception:

% bzr commit
bzr: ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
at /usr/local/lib/python2.4/subprocess.py line 975, in _execute_child()
see ~/.bzr.log for debug information

In previous releases I think there was a message that ~/.bzr.conf/editor
had to be created...

And in the absence of ~/.bzr.conf/editor, why not let vi be the default
editor?
I know it's not everyones favorite, but at least it's always there..

Cheers
Jesper
