Bzr Vs baz/tla repos formats

Can this do a bidirectional conversion?

If there is a way to have developers using bzr and other using baz for the
same project, I'd be interested (Xtla is going to support both baz and
bzr. I'd like to use bzr for the bzr part and baz for the other ;-) ).
