Hi all,
I've added a new fetch-missing command to bzrtools. It scans the
current branch for ancestors that are missing from the revision-store.
Then it tries to fetch all missing ancestors from the specified branch.

Martin, if you do bzr fetch-missing
http://panoramicfeedback.com/opensource/bzr.24, you'll get all my
revisions, and one of John Meinel's.
You will need to ensure that RemoteBranch.get_revision throws
NoSuchRevision if the revision isn't in the store. My bzr.24 branch
does this.
