That's not how it's supposed to work.  I've fixed it up in my branch,
and it seems to behave well.

It's very much a stopgap, in case people accidentally revert something
they didn't mean to.  I hope that we will soon switch to changesets, so
that reverts create a single file that can be easily un-reverted.
