Audit support / Shared branches

A related issue to shared branches is auditing.
What do you think about integrating some audit mechanism into Bazaar?

I know many think of process control as beeing outside the VCS domain,
but the two must be integrated somewhere.

What I want to achieve is to force code review of _all_ committers.

Any comments?
