By the way, I didn't mention this earlier, but at this point I would
actually recommend using this over using the upload-bzr.dev script.

One thing that I have noticed Martin does fairly often is to push a
version that hasn't actually committed everything. (For instance the
current version 763 has a couple changes to diff.py which have not been
committed.)

The only thing it doesn't do, which that script does, is to change
permissions to a+rX for all files, and it does upload permissions, which
I like, because then uploading/downloading do the right thing wrt making
a file executable.

And if you create the x-pull file, it will make sure there actually is
something to push before it actually pushes anything.
