Centralized storage in bzr

Ok now using buzwords :

The idea is that bzr will by default on "bzr init" use a new Stall
directory (just the storage without the server running) in a new suq
stored in his .bzr/storage/ directory (simplifying to the extreme the
use of the most simple case, without doing a special case of it)

What is important also i think is that the local stall (but without
having to have a server) will be the most used think in my opinion
(storing in different branches all differents modifications of some
software done by the programmer)
