Windows support

To be succinct.. Yes, windows is supported. v0.0.4 required python2.4 on
windows. The current dev version (soon to be released 0.0.5) will
require only python2.3.

I'm one of the windows testers, so as I find problems, I try to fix
them. If you have issues, post them. Likely they will get fixed quickly.

Remember, though, Bazaar-NG is still in it's infancy. You won't lose
data, but not all of the fancy merging, etc is complete.
