Mercurial SCM

I've hacked together a prototype SCM that I thought you folks might be
interested in. The announcement is here:

I mention it here because a) it's written in Python b) it has a
working proper distributed merge with the necessary graph smarts and
c) it's very simple.

Hopefully it's simple enough that folks here can leverage some of the
merge logic for bzr.
