[ANNOUNCE] bzr-svn 0.6.3

The fresh minor release 0.6.3 of bzr-svn is intended to be compatbile
with Bazaar 1.17.x

The release is signed with Jelmer's GPG key (D729A457) and can be downloaded
from samba.org:
