Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 1.17.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 1.17.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- - create-mirror now mirrors the child_submit_to setting.
- - shelve1 and unshelve1 no longer have aliases to their old names.
