Bazaar 1.6 release candidate 1

I'm very happy after a long development cycle to announce the first
release candidate for Bazaar 1.6.  This release fixes several issues
found during the beta cycle, and by has accumulated many improvements
on bzr 1.5.  Please test it and report any issues.  We intend to
release 1.6 final with few changes approximately one week from today,
depending on test feedback.

Packages for Ubuntu should be available soon from the PPA, and for
other systems from http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download
