[ANNOUNCE] bzr-gtk 0.95.0

We're happy to announce the next version of bzr-gtk, 0.95.0. This
release contains a large number of bug fixes and new features. 

The changes since 0.94 are:

  * Added Refresh menu option with F5 keyboard shortcut (Russ Brown)
