Post europython bzr sprint 12 - 14 july

There will be a Bazaar sprint after Europython in Vilnius:

I don't believe that you need to attend to Europython to attend the
sprint, but I may be wrong :).

I realise this is short notice - its two weeks away, but I hope that
anyone in Europe who has the time can make it - with all the planning
out of the way we should be able to get some serious code cutting done!
