[apparmor] Adding custom profiles to Apparmor

If they are new additions, then you can do either pasting the files into
the list or a gitlib merge request or whatever you wish. It'll be easy
enough to work with many choices for new files.

The wiki issue is probably a busted URL forwarded from the old wiki
location, which was hosted elsewhere. We haven't had success getting
those old links correctly forwarded. The Commit Policy for example is on:

https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/wikis/CommitPolicy
