[apparmor] [PATCH 0/6] Create stacking regression tests

This set of patches introduces a good number of regression tests related to
stacking. Some of the finer details of the first set of stacking kernel patches
are still being worked out by John but these tests intend to mimic his current
plans.

These tests do not all pass due to bugs in the kernel stacking patches that
John is working out. In addition, some of the exec_stack.sh tests trigger a
kernel BUG so be aware before running them on your own machine.
