I'm strongly opposed to adding magic to the parser to understand that
symlinks from /bin to /usr/bin etc. are special and should invoke a whole
new round of profile rewrites.

I even dislike the /bin to /usr/bin alias mechanism, that has caused
execution type mismatches that are insanely difficult to describe let
alone fix.

I'd rather have uglier profiles until this whole usrmerge craze is over or
complete, either way. :)

Thanks
