[apparmor] [patch 0/3] profiles: misc debris from LP: #1322764

Kees Cook reported some inadequacies with the apache2 profile in
https://launchpad.net/bugs/1322764 with the new signal mediation and
proposed fixes to policies to fix things. I mostly accepted the
changes in the included patch in trunk commits 2532 and 2533.

This patch set is the bits of his proposed changes that I did not
accept and wanted further review from others.
