-1 for me.
USC will have more paid apps than free in the future... I tried many times
to upload free stuff on USC, but the only way to publish something right
now is to make it paid. IHMO, this is not the best for our community.

It would be nice to develop another metod (better if automatic) to review
free (PC) apps too. What about Touch's app review? How does it work?
